* Explanation: Increased requirements for customer cost share and warranty claim rates require additional support to achieve maximum cost savings. 

* Other: Full-time, Exempt position (not eligible for overtime pay)

Position Summary

Position Responsibilities

 The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:

* Prepare Warranty Cost Share Change Request packets and report out to Toyota on these packets.

* Participate in joint warranty review activity for responsibly commodities and work closely with the related Aisin plants on gathering additional analysis results for the purpose of reporting out to the customer and closing out customer FQPR’s.

* Prepare on a regular basis key WCSCR core documents for the purpose of sharing with the related Aisin plants so when it is time to prepare renewal WCSCR packet it will be much easier to complete.

* Attend daily SWCS status meeting and explain status for the WCSCR packets for the assigned commodities for this position.

* Support in go and see events when they arise for the purpose of EDER (Early Detection Early Resolution) for field claims.

* Technical degree preferred (Bachelor Degree) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or other related field.

* Must be able to operate a personal computer, telephone and other office equipment.

* Must perform job duties onsite, except those duties that are customarily or by their nature performed offsite (for example, offsite customer visits).

* Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment where constructive criticism is encouraged.

* Must be able to work on multiple assignments at once, and complete assignments within deadline and budget (if applicable) with satisfactory quality.

* Must be able to operate as an effective team member.

* Must be committed to a high standard of safety, and be willing and able to comply with all safety laws and all company safety policies.


Attendance/Work Hour Requirements


* Must maintain an acceptable attendance record.

* Must be willing and available to work such weekends and holidays as necessary and desirable to meet business needs.


Travel Requirements

* Approximately 20% travel required (driven and air travel)

* Must be willing and available to travel to such locations and with such frequency as is necessary and desirable to meet business needs.
